Central State of the Carolinas (CSC) provides supports for people with mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and/or mental illness as well as other disabilities.
Though traditional in nature, our services are tailored for the individuals we support -- providing what is necessary to assist them in the realization of their hopes and dreams.
