Consistently recognized as a premier service provider, Central State Community Services Oklahoma specializes in providing in-home services to citizens of all ages.
The Community Residential Support program offers adults numerous residential service options ranging from round the clock assistance to shared living arrangements. The In-Home Support program offers services to adults and minors.
To ensure and maintain consistently high standards, all services are monitored through the use of numerous internal and external quality assurance activities.
The Oklahoma Department of Human Services Developmental Disabilities Services Division uses two methods to assess program excellence and fiscal responsibility. A comprehensive audit of contract compliance and fiscal responsibility is conducted annually to measure overall agency performance. DDSD also carries out random, unannounced and intensive person-centered audits that evaluate the success of an individual program toward meeting outcomes established by the individual and their Team.
Finally, a group of volunteer primary and secondary consumers conduct semi-annual inspections of service sites through OK-AIM, a monitoring program sponsored by the ARC local office. These monitoring bodies compliment the intensive, internal quality assurance activities developed by CSCSO management.
