CSCSO understands that your time is valuable. While most positions involve a traditional forty-hour work week, if you are asked to work extra hours you are compensated at an enhanced rate of pay.
To begin the application process you can e-mail us at employment@cscso.com or drop by or call one of the offices. Prospective applicants will participate in an in-depth interview. When a conditional job offer is made, a background check with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Community Services Workers Registry and the Department of Motor Vehicles is initiated.
The next step in the process is enrollment in state mandated training, scheduling of consumer specific inservices, and attendance at new employee orientation. Training continues throughout employment with annual updates, and the chance to attend classes designed to enhance and develop job skills.
